Skin Sheek Procedure
The Skin Sheek Machine is used to treat common, benign skin conditions found on the surface of your skin (epidermis). If you are bothered by that red spot on your chest, skin tags on your neck, brown spots on arms or cysts on your face, you can now part ways. Skin Sheek treatments are performed by Dr. Fuller MD or Canessa Leeflang FNP. The Skin Sheek™ Esthetics Machine works on the principle of attracting liquids through the application of heat, thereby dehydrating the blemish. Special probes regulate the application of high frequency radio wave currents directly onto the skin’s surface- without actually penetrating the skin.
What to Expect
Treatments usually take less than 10 seconds per area and appointments are scheduled for 10 minutes, meaning we can treat multiple areas at one appointment! The discomfort level is tolerable, feeling much like a tight pinch to the skin. Topical numbing gel can be bought from us and applied before your treatment, if you are worried about pain. Amazing results can be seen in just 1-2 treatments. Results are often instantaneous for most cherry angiomas. Other conditions, such as milia, cholesterol deposits, fibromas, warts, molluscum, sun spots, age spots, and keratoses will crust and heal over in 1-2 weeks.
